Sometimes renovating a lower level requires strategic thinking to address important building and safety codes. In this space, we got creative by designing and building a “scape well” window in between a seating area, providing natural light while satisfying the building code for a secondary egress. Incorporating that solution into the rest of the space, this lower level is the ultimate in everything you’d ever want, from the convenience of a lower level bathroom to the custom bar and seating area. Fun for any sports fan, what better way to watch the game than simultaneously playing pool or cards while socializing with friends over an ice-cold beverage.
