In designing and renovating lower levels, there are often intrinsic challenges such as creating a second means of egress, coping with low ceilings, and HVAC systems that aren’t initially thought out in terms of a potentially finished space. Our job is to creatively problem solve and present a visually pleasing space. Designing and building this lower level accomplished all of those factors, and features several distinctive areas – the bar and socializing area, complete with a full service bar ready for entertaining, the game area, the exercise area, and the “chillaxing” lounge/media area. Lastly, we designed and built a place to wash the dog. The results are a beautiful lower level space for the whole family, including Fido!
